The Easiest Way to Reach Us
The quickest route is by email. Write to us at [email protected] and your message will go straight to our editorial inbox. A real person reads every message. We do not use automated replies to close conversations early.

People get in touch for many different reasons. Here are some common ones:
- Corrections: if a detail on one of our pages seems wrong or no longer accurate, tell us where you saw it and what you think has changed.
- Questions: if part of an article is unclear, we are happy to explain it in plainer words.
- Feedback: suggestions about layout, readability or topics you would like covered are always welcome.
- Business enquiries: partnership or advertising questions can be sent to the same address. Please put "Business" in the subject line.

How Long a Reply Takes
We aim to respond within two to three working days, Monday to Friday. Messages sent at weekends or on UK bank holidays are picked up on the next working day. If your question needs some research, we will let you know it has arrived and follow up once we have a proper answer.
